Not His Date

Well this is kind of embarrassing

I might have not said this out loud here on tumblr, but I kind of disliked One Direction. I’ve talked this to my IRL friends, but I’ve been quiet in here because I know there’s lots of directioners.

I disliked the band because I had only heart two songs (What Makes You Beautiful and Na Na Na) and I didn’t see anything special in them. I have word One Direction and 1 Direction on my tumblr savior list because I didn’t want to see the spam. I felt their songs are like Katy Perry’s songs: nothing special, just nice pop songs. (expect Katy Perry’s voice is horrible, but that’s totally different thing and I’m not going to talk about it now)

But. I have this habit I listen really derpy music when I draw. I have derp-playlist full of Britney Spears, N Sync, Back Street Boys, Nylon Beat, Gimmel, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber, but I was bored to all of those songs so I wanted to listen something new derpy music. So I though One Direction could be something I’m looking for.

I’ve now listened their whole album and I have to admit it’s actually really good. Of course it’s not phenomenal and it won’t be new Queen or anything like that. But the songs actually sounds nice, my ears don’t bleed.

I feel embarrassed to admit this, but I still wanted to share this story because it proves that don’t judge something if you don’t know anything about it.

And no, I wont start to spam One Direction. I have no intention to join into their fandom xD Just for your information.
